Based in Montreal, Marie-Pier Durand is a professional makeup and multidisciplinary artist. With professional training in makeup artistry from Montreal Lasalle College as well as a relevant and varied background in visual arts, she draws on her experience to create natural, fashionable, glamorous and creative aesthetics.
In order to perfect her art, she went to Amsterdam in October 2016 to follow an intensive training in high fashion make-up. Artists Liselotte Van Saarloos and Anita Jolles, working with several great make-up artists such as Peter Phillips, were her mentors.
With several publications to her credit, notably for Schön! magazine, 7 Hues magazine, Jute Magazine and clients such as Guerlain, SSENSE, Lambert, Marie-Pier knows how to adapt her work according to the various projects offered to her. She always does impeccable and meticulous service on film sets, advertising campaigns, events and red carpets.
